New to cheese-making? This community course is taught by a home cheesemaker, who will demonstrate and answer any questions you may have about the process!
This course will cover lemon/ricotta cheese, paneer, cream cheese and a rainbow of labneh (yoghurt cheese) and teach you all about the equipment, ingredients and methods you can use to create soft, fresh cheese at home. Step-by-step recipes are included in the course notes.
