DESCRIPTION

No matter what camera you have you can learn to take better photos with it. With some basic understanding of how your camera works and some knowledge of the basic principles of photography you can learn to create better images. Not everybody is going to have a high end DSLR but most modern cameras let you access setting that will let you take a little more control of what your camera gives you.
On top of that we will look at basic tips and tricks that will help you create the images you want.

Week 1
What makes a good photo?
Understanding the exposure triangle
How your camera works and what it needs from you
The next step to more control

Week 2
Looking for light, photography indoors and out
Introduction to flash photography
Composition and basic editing

Please note this course takes place over 2 evenings, Tuesday 26th October & 2nd November, 7:00 to 9:00pm each session
