What great gardening weather we are having! Hope you are getting out in the veggie patch and planting! There’s so much you can plant while the soil is still warm-broccoli, cabbage, spinach, garlic, coriander, kale, asian greens, onions, shallots, silverbeet, beetroot, peas etc. Don’t be tempted to grow summer things like basil, tomatoes, eggplant etc that are in the garden centers as they simply won’t grow through the winter unless you have a greenhouse or conditions that will suit.
Have you often wondered just what is going on in your soil or why you are not getting the results you want? It doesn’t have to be difficult or confusing, not with our guest speaker Chris Oliver to take us through – Maintaining the Health of Organic Soil. On May 12th Chris will be enlightening us!
