In this 6 week program you will enjoy a safe space to vent, express, relax and share with likeminded people and learn powerful pain release techniques. It’s for people who’ve decided to put themselves first for a change. Includes a bonus Stressed to Blessed Soul Motion class and Sound Healing sessions. 90 minutes per week
