This class is Plant Based, VEGAN, low FODMAP & grain free (except dried fruit). Totally free from gluten, nuts, dairy, egg, gum, soya, wheat & nasties. You will make in class and take home a sourdough loaf to bake at home. We will cover delicious real bread (plain, seeded and fruit loaf) & Pizza base, both made by hand and machine techniques. This hands-on Gluten Free Sourdough class will set you on the path of 'super easy & foolproof".

This Gluten free Sourdough Bread, Pizza base & fruit loaf HANDS-ON class is completely Plant Based, VEGAN, Low FODMAP & Grain Free.
TOTALLY FREE FROM GLUTEN, NUT, DAIRY, EGG, GUM, SOYA, WHEAT, & Nasties.  There is nothing you cannot do and you will not miss gluten – absolutely no nasties or additives!

You will make in class and take home 1.1kg of sourdough dough to bake at home and my 12+ year old gluten free sourdough starter to start your sourdough gluten free journey.
Class will cover delicious real Bread (plain, seeded & fruit loaf) and Pizza base and a delightful treat of vegan nut free chocolate cookie (recipe, video & tasting only)… fudgy or crispy your choice!

In this class we will showcase some of the possibilities to be made with my new premium gluten tested plant based/vegan, FODMAP friendly, grain free & Paleo bread/pizza & all-purpose mix . This nutrient dense prebiotic high protein (11%) and high soluble fibre (15%) whole-gluten free mix is a good start to make all your gluten free baked goods and it is suitable for people struggling to lose weight or diabetic (please check with your trusted medical practitioner)

 This hands-on Gluten Free Sourdough class will set you on the path of ‘super easy and foolproof’ and you can stop trying to source and purchase different ingredients you can’t pronounce and then suffer failures after failures, wasting precious time and money. Fridge and Freezer friendly too…

 You won’t have ever to buy questionable (list of chemicals) gluten free mixes full of starches and numbers – my gluten-free goodies are fueled by one thing, my 12+ year old gluten-free starter which will be given to you and used to make your very own sourdough gluten-free bread to take home.
