Learn how to create your own wild brews at home!
Starting with making traditional ginger beer by capturing wild yeasts and beneficial bacteria to creating probiotic fizzy herbal fruit sodas flavoured with blueberries, raspberries and rhubarb.  We’ll also discuss how to make your own vinegar, fruit shrubs and kombucha.
