This class has all the benefits of Pilates but from the comfort of a seated position for the most of it. Optional to bring a mat and be on the floor still if preferred. Moving the body and still maintaining strength and flexibility as we become older adults is crucial and we can still gain many health benefits from a seated position. Focus is on breath work, balance and stability and great for any shape, size and skill level.
