First Aid Training – Certified Training

20th March – Saturday – 9:00am to 4:00pm

Previously known as ‘Apply First Aid’ or ‘Senior First Aid’ this training course will give you the skills and knowledge required to provide First Aid response, life support, management of the casualty, the incident and other first aiders, in a range of situations, including in the home, workplace or within the community, until the arrival of medical assistance.

Alyce has designed a program to suit the challenges that the more curvy body type experiences for these classes, focusing on posture, balance, stretching, breathing techniques, mindful thinking and overall encouragement for each other.
