Mindful Movement Pilates Class – Wednesday AM

Alyce from ‘Your Zone HealthFit’ will be using her vast experience to help guide people with mobility issues that arise in some exercise classes due to weight. Alyce has designed a program to suit the challenges that the more curvy body type experiences for these classes, focusing on posture, balance, stretching, breathing techniques, mindful thinking and overall encouragement for each other. Join us in this safe, non-judgemental fitness program to help you to get more active and join in.
