Any injuries or concerns must be talked over prior to class to see if this is the right class for you.
What you need to bring along: Yoga/Pilates mat, Loose fitting clothing for mobility, a water bottle and the correct money is to be put in the money bag provided with your name clearly written on or inside the bag.
