Full payment needs to be made prior to commencement of the chosen course.
Cancellation of the course by the course provider will result in a full refund to all paid participants. Refunds can only be issued manually (not through the bank merchant facility) and only with authorisaton and signatures of the two appointed committee members).
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice needs to be given by all paid participants who are unable to attend an event. A credit for use at ‘Roleystone Family Centre’ will be issued for use within a 12 month period. Refunds will be addressed with the management.
When you enrol into a course and go to the checkout in order to make a payment you will be redirected to a secure server. We do not record or see your card details.
