If a room is already booked your date and time will not be available as a choice.
* Times must be from the time you walk in, to the time you walk out for insurance purposes.
We will contact you within 2 business days if your booking is unsuccessful – We do not accept 2 children’s events at the same time for the safety of the children.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS TENANT BOOKINGS

This is a reservation system, where you fill out your details, the room and time required.  You will receive confirmation via email and that’s it, you’re booked. In the unlikely event of a double booking in real time, we will notify you as soon as possible.

When you make a booking payment, you will be redirected to a secure server owned by the Bendigo Community bank. We do not record or view your card details at all.

  • Cancelled bookings – 10 business days’ notice prior to the venue booking via email to be eligible for a refund, NOTE: a 10% refund fee applies.
  • 5 business days’ notice via email to be eligible for a credit. No notice, no refund or credit.
  • Less than 5 business days notice given by email will forfeit any refund or credit.
  • We understand that there are extenuating circumstances that are possible. In this case you can contact the manager via email at manager@roleyfamilycentre.com.au

By ticking the checkbox of T&C’s, the person/organisation booking the room acknowledges they have current applicable insurance cover for the event/service they’re providing if required. Commercial tenants need to provide a copy of their insurance.

 PRIVACY STATEMENT: Roleystone Neighbourhood Family Centre Inc. is a not-for-profit centre partly funded by the Department of Local Government and Communities and any data collected is used for statistics only and personal details are not forwarded onto any other department or third party.

Conditions of Hire

  • By processing your payment or ticking the Terms & Conditions box, you agree to adhere to those terms & conditions.
  • AA1 or AA2 must be hired to access the commercial kitchen
  • Capacity numbers to be adhered to at all times. Refer to website
  • Please enter and exit by the front door, or the side gate only – except in an emergency.
  • Permits to sell liquor must be obtained from the Licensing Court, Armadale (at the hirer’s own cost). Hirer’s permits should be posted in the kitchen and removed prior to leaving the premises.
  • Noise must be kept at a respectful level and contained within the building from 10.30pm.
  • All private catering equipment and personal belongings must be removed the same day/night of the hire.
  • RNFC furniture must not be removed from premises and put back in the correct place.
  • All tenants must provide their own first aid supplies.
  • The Family Centre building and playground areas are NO SMOKING zones including 5 metres from the main entrance door.
  • No other rooms must be used without prior booking. Costs will occur for any unauthorised room use.
  • $20 per day will be taken out of the bond if keys are not returned. 
  • Floors must be swept/vacuumed after each session. Mop and Vac can be found in toilet cupboards on AA1 side.
  • No dirty dishes must be left in sink or on the benches ( to be returned clean to appropriate storage areas).
  • The oven and microwave must be left clean.
  • Any equipment used must be put away in a clean condition.
  • All rubbish bins must be emptied and rubbish placed into large outside bins after your booking.
  • All toilets / baby change area must be left in a clean condition and nappies placed in outside bins.
  • All lights, fans, heating or air conditioning must be turned off after your booking.
  • If used, the outside paved area must be swept and rubbish removed.
  • The hirer must ensure the building is secure prior to departure (check all gates, windows and doors).
  • Vacate the building by midnight or by the agreed time.

Bond for Hire

A bond is required to be paid prior to the function:

  • Day time hire – $100.00 (up until 5pm)
  • Evening hire – $300.00 ( 5pm – midnight)

Hirer Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • Hirer will need to pay replacement costs of any missing or broken equipment and or fittings
  • Hirer will need to pay for any extra cleaning needed if they haven’t thoroughly cleaned after their usage.
  • Keys must be returned the first business day after the event, unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • All faults or damage to the building or equipment must be reported to The Family Centre Office (between 9am & 2pm, Monday – Friday) Phone 9496 1115.

BBQ Hire

$10.00 Fee

  • BBQ must not leave the premises
  • BBQ must be left clean
  • Ensure gas is turned off and disconnected
  • Any faults to be reported to the Centre Manager
